Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery

We ship via USPS and UPS from our warehouse in Tampa, Florida. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. VLONIS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@vlonis.com as soon as possible — changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

All VLONIS fragrances are classified as consumer commodities (ORM-D) and are shipped in compliance with applicable shipping regulations. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@vlonis.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@vlonis.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
